These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk baji and all its users. In this agreement, "we", "us" or "platform" refers to tk baji; "you" or "user" refers to any person who visits, registers on or uses this website.

tk baji is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Using any part of the platform means you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

tk baji reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

You must be at least 21 years old to use any service on tk baji. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is found during verification that an account holder is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

Each user may operate only one account. Opening or operating more than one account by the same person or household is not permitted. Registering with false or fabricated information will result in the account being closed and any earned bonuses and balance being forfeited.

The name, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be completely accurate and your own. Providing incorrect or misleading information may delay withdrawals and cause identity verification to fail. A copy of a valid identity document may be requested at any time for identity verification.

The minimum deposit amount on tk baji is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Before adding funds to your account, ensure that your payment method is registered in your own name. Transactions using a third party's mobile banking account are prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases identity verification or a security review may require additional time. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

tk baji is not responsible if a transaction fails or funds are sent to the wrong account due to incorrect information provided by the user. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, tk baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

Bonus offers on tk baji are granted on the basis of meeting specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement; winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw from the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, providing false information or placing coordinated bets in order to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses and balances will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. If the bonus is not activated or the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

While using the tk baji platform, every user is required to refrain from the following:

• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Attempting to modify or hack the platform's software, algorithms or game interface
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts
• Attempting to earn bonuses through any fraudulent method
• Engaging in rude or threatening behaviour towards other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions

Committing any of the prohibited acts above will result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action.

All content published on the tk baji website — logos, brand names, game interfaces, graphics, text and software — belongs to tk baji or its licensed partners. Personal and non-commercial use of the site is permitted, but copying, distributing or modifying any part of the content is prohibited.

The intellectual property of third-party game software and content providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) belongs entirely to the respective provider. tk baji acts solely as a distribution channel.

tk baji strives to provide the best quality service. However, tk baji bears no responsibility in the following situations:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical disruptions
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or network
• Losses arising from errors or interruptions in third-party game software
• Unauthorised access to an account by a third party where the user's own negligence is responsible
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events

Gaming is a risky activity. Bet within your means and follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

tk baji uses SSL encryption technology to keep your transactions and personal information secure. Your information is not sold to third parties. However, information may need to be disclosed to relevant authorities where required by law.

tk baji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions
• Use of a false identity or documents
• Operating multiple accounts
• Failure to cooperate with security verification

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. Complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account. If bonus wagering requirements are unmet, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.

To raise a complaint about a bet result, send the relevant bet ID and screenshot to support. For disputes arising from technical errors in game software, the game provider's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
